Abacus ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you purchase and use our Notion Personal Finance AI Template.
Information We Collect
Purchase Information: When you purchase the template through Gumroad, they collect your payment information. We receive your email address and name to deliver the product and provide support.
Your Financial Data: All your financial data stays in your own Notion workspace. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your personal financial information.
AI Transaction Processing
When you use the AI connector to parse transaction screenshots:
- Screenshots are processed temporarily by Claude AI to extract transaction details
- Images are not stored after processing
- Extracted data goes directly to your Notion workspace
- We never see or store your transaction data
How We Use Your Information
We use your email address only to:
- Deliver the purchased template
- Send product updates (if applicable)
- Respond to support requests
Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude): Powers AI parsing. See their privacy policy.
Data Security
Your financial data is stored entirely within your Notion workspace. We do not have access to it. You maintain full control and ownership of your data.
